build tracked robot with 64 bit cpu self learning
Hello Everyone,
I would like to build a robot but not sure how to start. I am very new from the software side, hardware i can do alot more. My question is I want to build a tracked robot with a 64 bit cpu. I have a lot of hardware from pc's, servers, parallax hardware, arduino. I want to use have remote access, via wifi (ad hoc) or gsm. I have built the arduino and parallax ones but they are pretty limited. Also i would like to build it to be self learning if possible. Any advise or recommendation please post.

What do you mean by "tracked robot" what is your robot supposed to do? and what is he supposed to learn by himself?
