Installation path of groovy gscam according to wiki ? [closed]

Hi,

After installing groovy gscam on both armhf and x86, I'm unable to start gscam on both. The wiki http://wiki.ros.org/gscam shows to "roscd gscam" and "cd bin". But there's no bin/ in the gscam path. Is there a problem in the package ?

I have some gstreamer packages installed. Which one(s) should I have installed ?
