Hey! What I did to solve this install sbpl_lattice_planner package with rosws. I also downloaded sbpl package and used rosws to install it. After this, the make for the lattice planner completed and found sbpl. When you run it, stage might crash, but this is because their world is outdated (uses laser instead of ranger in stage...)
