I am facing the same problem.

For the first part, I checked the output of the script download_benchmark_files.sh and found out that it couldn't download some of the urls(download_benchmark_data.urls). That's why I downloaded them(bag and groundtruth files) manually through this page

For the second part of the problem, +1. Does anyone have a solution to that refused connection error?
