It appears that "track" substitutes yaw, or heading, hence it would be more intuitive if that quantity were moved to the section "# Device orientation (units in degrees)". I believe what is meant here is not the dip angle as used by geologists - which would just be the complementary (depending on the definitions) angle of pitch - but the local magnetic inclination, i.e. the angle of the Earth's magnetic field lines relative to the horizontal, again see here. This could be reinforced by looking at this explanation.

Most GNSS receivers do not have a "dip circle" which would measure this quantity. Nevertheless, this angle is frequently used in aviation since it might cause the airplane's compass to give erroneous readings.
