is posible to use moveit on noetic?
As of today (ie: 2020-06-27) MoveIt has not been released yet for Noetic.
You'll have to build from source, or use one of the available Docker images.
I'm not sure whether a from-source build already works though.
Refer to ros-planning/moveit/#2066 for the issue tracking the Noetic release.

Edit: as of 2020-09-18, all MoveIt packages should be available from the main repositories.
