Havent checked myself but it seems that there is

a plugin to export SDF from Fusion 360: https://github.com/benef23/Fusion360-to-SDF-Exporter
and another script to convert from SDF to URDF: https://github.com/Roboy/pysdf

will try them myself and report back ..
