E: Unable to locate package ros-lunar-turtle-tf2-tools

Error messages says it pretty much all. You typed in a wrong package name. Try ros-lunar-tf2-tools?

Looks like the binary of both ros-lunar-turtle-tf2 and ros-lunar-turtle-tf2 are already available.
