In my experience, the problem may be due to the GPU or OpenGL drivers, depending on the graphics card may or may not serve the version of OpenGL, for example I have a IntelHD card and can only use OpenGL 3.0, so I can not use kinectV2; with an Nvidia card, you can upgrade to OpenGL 4.5 and use Kinect V2 without problems.
