Kinect :

RGBD SLAM

CCNY_RGBD

DVO (Dense Visual Odometry)

Camera alone

LSD-SLAM (http://vision.in.tum.de/research/lsdslam) (Latest and should give very good results) (camera alone)

PTAM (many enhancements should be available out there) (a bit old)
