Even so it is still not the catkin version as it is still using manifest.xml instead of package.xml whereas when you go the website in the first comment and click on any folder, it contains package.xml.

Even so it is still not I have managed to download the catkin version by clicking on the "download as it is still using manifest.xml instead of package.xml whereas when you go zip" button. Thanks to End-Effector for the website in the first comment and click on any folder, it contains package.xml.help. Now to build it.
