I'm a robotics engineer for a firm in Troy, NY, working on an industrial robot running under ROS. I'm also CEO of an indy game design company.

Education:

• BS in Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA. Class of 2011.
• Minor in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

ROS Experience:

• Developed a ROS wrapper for the MikroKopter open-source firmware for the control of Quadrotor UAVs at MIT Lincoln Laboratories.
• Developed a C++/ROS wrapper for the ARToolkit augmented-reality tag-tracking library.
• Currently in development of a large-scale, outdoor mobile robot for industrial applications using ROS.
• Currently developing multiple simulators, using Gazebo, for four-wheel skid steer mobile robot and hexapod research platform.

Other experience:

• Extensive work in C++, Java, and C. Significant experience with bash & shell scripting on *Nix platforms and in Python. Fluency in C#.
• Some web development (HTML, Javascript, PHP, CSS, SQL, Red Dwarf)
• Linux server administration.
• Blender and SolidWorks modeling.
• Electrical circuit design (PSpice, MultiSim, Eagle).
• Embedded programming (MSP430, ATMega644, Arduino, PICAXE).
