On the turtlebot network setup it says to bing your turtlebot using its IP the tutorial also says the IP was figured out in the last step I don't know what my turtlebot IP is please help

Whenever I try to use the code roslaunch turtlebot_bringup minimal launch

I get an error that says that it cannot locate minimal in package turtlebot_bringup what do I do?

When I type in rqt -s turtlebot_dashboard to terminal I get the error

On my workstation PC when I type rostopic list I get the error "unable to communicate with master" The value of ROS_MASTER_URI I get the IP of the turtlebot PC is that correct? and what do I need to do to get my workstation to communicate with my turtlebot PC

How do you setup the wireless connection between the two PCs and do they have to both be running Linux if one is because the only other PC I have acess to runs windows 7
