I am using Ubuntu 18.04 and ROS Melodic. I clone all packages as mentioned into my workspace and use catkin_make. I first of all did that after cloning the glog_catking and catkin_simple into my src folder. It runs through. After I get all the other packages which are mentioned and run catkin_make, thats the error I get: There is a lot more of the same errors. Thanks for any help! Update: the error changes, when I do the same but as root. |

To check if I do right, i want to make my progress visible in RViz from time to time. The bad thing is, that every time I do launch RViz, nothing appears in it. This is my URDF File, placed in a package with dependencies rospy, urdf, roscpp. this is my launch File: RViz opens up, but I cant see anything in there. I run Ubuntu 16.04 and ROS Kinetic. When I open RViz it says NO TF Data, but even if i change that with publishing tf data to RViz it doesnt display my model. Thanks alot for any help! Hello ROS-Community, I am currently working my way through the MoveIt-GettingStarted Tutorial ( https://ros-planning.github.io/moveit... ). I do have installed Ubuntu 18.04 and ROS Melodic. Everything works fine, until I try to add 'MotionPlanning' from the moveit_ros_visualization folder into my RViz. All Links appear at the same place and it seems like there are no Joints loading. I checked via rqt graph if my joint_state_publisher or my robot_state_publisher is not working. But regarding to rqt_graph both are actually working. Any advice how I can fix that problem would be great. Thansk alot! |
