2016-10-26 16:14:11 -0500	asked a question	Hand pose/detection packages? I am looking for a package that could detect a hand and whether on not it's open or closed. The code would then output a 1 or 0 based on the open or closed hand. Further down the line, I would like to differentiate between the number of fingers so as to have more options for output. I am working with ROS indigo igloo and ubuntu version 14. I have already tried the MIT-Ros-pkg, but it seems to be built on Electric EMYS and I do not think it is compatible with indigo. Is there any package that I could use that meets these needs? Any help is appreciated.
