iam new user for usarsim and ros and i want some help to know how ican connect to gether

i installed ros in ubuntu14.04 and i start reading turtuoials and usarsim in windows

but i dont know the plan and and how ican do?

ihave this error

i want to read data sensor of pioneer robot which i call in usarsim using ros indigo and try this code ican move the robot using teleope key board backage but iwant to read data

indigo ros and idont know how sourced the setup.bash

i install packge from

https://github.com/ros-teleop/teleop_...

and when i run this rosrun teleop_twist_keyboard teleop_twist_keyboard.py ihave this erorr
