Hi All.

now, I understand concept of node.

this page shows that below.

ROS client libraries allow nodes written in different programming languages to communicate:

rospy = python client library
roscpp = c++ client library

And, rosjava uses node also.

So I think rosjava node communicate with roscpp node.

Is It right?

I cannot see the tutorial that communicate with rosjava and roscpp.. TT

Hello.

I have a question.

When I enter the command 'roslaunch turtlebot_teleop keyboard_teleop.launch', I can see the node '/turtlebot_node, /turtlebot_teleop_keyboard'.

So I think,

If I make the new rosjava project that send the message through '/turtlebot_teleop_keyboard' node, I can actuate the TURTLEBOT using my rosjava project.

Is it possible?

i want to make new project.

the project is 'turtlebot teleoperation' using rosjava.

so i'm searching http://docs.rosjava.googlecode.com/hg/rosjava_core/html/javadoc/index-all.html this page.

but i cannot find adjust API 'move, stop, turn etc...'

How can i make it? or Where can i get the example source?

please help me.

but i cannot find valid method..

can i use android lib in rosjava?

I connect my kinect to usb 3.0 port in my netbook..

and I want to use RViz

so i follow this page http://www.ros.org/wiki/turtlebot/Tutorials/Looking%20at%20Camera%20Data

but i have a problem..

Status of camera and point cloud2 are warning.

i already choose the topic.. Camera : /camera/rgb/image_color and PointCloud2 : /camera/rgb/points

but the screen just show "No Image"

i use Ubuntu 11.10 now.. how can i fix it?

I have a question..

but.. when i enter this command "roslaunch turtlebot_bringup kinect.launch", i cannot connect to kinect..

My usb-port is 3.0.. I think it is matter..

how can i connect ? or change ? this problem? t.t

And I connect my netbook to Turtlebot.

And Enter the command "roscore" -> (another terminal) "sudo service turtlebot start"

and I see the message "service start pid : 123" like this..

but When i enter the command "rostopic list", the message is just "/ros" and "/ros_arg" like this..

i mean that service of turtlebot cannot start..

i don't know why.. please help me t.t

Hello. I'm Korean student. So i cannot speak English very well. Thank you for your consideration.

I am setting Turtlebot on my netbook and my notebook (Network Connection) http://www.ros.org/wiki/Robots/TurtleBot/Network%20Setup

My netbook is TurtleBot laptop. My notebook is Workstation.

I am able to ping each other. One is 192.168.0.67 and another is 192.168.0.63

and i can see "echo $ROS_MASTER_URI" and "echo $ROS_HOSTNAME". "turtlebot start/running, process 16951" also.

but when i enter the command "rostopic list", i see "ERROR: Unable to communicate with master!"

I don't know why.. because when i set "Network Setup" first time, there work correctly.. but after the reboot, i cannot do anything..

Please help me ~.~
