Can't locate node turtle_tf_message_filter in Kinetic

I'm reading through the tf tutorials and reading about sensor tf. I tried to run the launch command:

roslaunch turtle_tf turtle_tf_sensor.launch

but get the following error:

ERROR: cannot launch node of type [turtle_tf/turtle_tf_message_filter]: can't locate node [turtle_tf_message_filter] in package [turtle_tf]

I'm using ROS Kinetic on Ubuntu 16.04
