ubuntu16.04 wifi issue

Hello everyone,

I recently installed Ubuntu 16.04 on my Jackal robot with Sick LiDAR on in it. I have two SSD one with Ubuntu 14 and nother with ubuntu 16. I have two problem that might be related together in ubuntu 16. 1- When I set the wifi via "wicd-curses" and set it to connect automatically to wifi, after I reboot the wifi it is not connect automatically and I need to go to "wicd-curses" again and connect it. During the boot time also I get this message: "Failed to start LSB: IPV4 DHCP client with IPv4LL support. see systemctl status dhcpcd. service for details"

2- The second problem is that when I reboot the jackal, the LiDAR is working fine but when I connect it to the wifi, the LIDAR dose not have any output anymore. Any help would be appreciated Thank you Iman
