when using epos_hardware have some error

hello. now i have a maxon motor and a epos2 50/5. so,i want to using the package epos_hardware i download from the github. but when roslaunch example.launch,it tells me :

[INFO] [1538901368.309748]: Controller Spawner: Loaded controllers: joint_state_controller, velocity_controller but i have check ,when rosrun epos_hardware list_devices,it shows:
