Covariance specified for measurement on topic gps is zero

When I tried to integrate gps data with robot_pose_ekf the above is the error I am facing....

Can anyone help me??

And even facing this error "filter time older than gps message buffer"

When I tried to integrate gps data data(from gps_common package) with robot_pose_ekf the above is the error I am facing....

note: I had set covariance matrix values in gps_common package to 99999 (all diagonal values)
