Problem with joy package in ubuntu 13.04

Hi, I installed ROS-GROOVY in ubuntu 13.04 and I have tried to follow the tutorials, especially indicating how to move a turtle with the joystick. All right with the installation, including the build of learning_joy, however when I try to install the package with the command joy joy rosdep install got this error: ERROR: the following packages/stacks could not have their rosdep keys resolved to system dependencies: joy: No definition of [sensor_msgs] for OS version [raring]

because it can not instantiate this package and an error occurs at program startup, does anyone know how to solve this problem in this version of ubuntu (13.04)?
