Hi, I'm trying to install a package (ccnyrgbd) so I can run my ccnyrgbdtools, because I've been having problems with the nodelets in this package and was sugested that i would install and complie the ccnyrgbd package. I use the comande:

sudo apt-get install ccny_rgbd

and i get the following msg: its not possible to open file lock/var/lib/dpkg/lock - open(13:Permission Denied)

Why cant i install any packages?

(I used sudo rm var/lib/dpkg/lock so i could remove the lock but it still lock every time)
