Rviz broken, no transform from child frame to parent frame

Hello.

I have just found that my rviz is broken. With several messages no transform from [child_frame] to [parent_frame]. Sorry, I cannot post screenshots.

Any idea to fix this?

Note: I have done the test with rrbot, the gazebo test package and my own robot model.

I was in fact missing the following package:

ros-hydro-robot-state-publisher

I do not understand how it has disappeared.

Check if the "parent_frame" exists -- if not, you might need to change the "fixed frame" selection within RVIZ (it's under global options at the top of the "Displays" box).

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, the frame exists. I have not used rviz for a while, so I cannot tell precisely what has broken it. It was working a couple of weeks ago for my models.
