Any love on that end?

I found this

but it says

"The catkin build system available with the ROS groovy release is not used"

Would it still work? Think of all the iOS developers we could convert to ROS Users!

Are there any new developments in that direction? We would love to get RGBD Slam running on iOS Devices and ROS sounds like a good tool for that.

It looks like a relatively inactive project. There is not a large community working in that direction that I am aware of at the moment.
