how to make ROS to communicate with QGIS?

I want to pass the /GPSFix information of velodyne lidar to QGIS. how can i implement this?

lidar will be fixed to a vehicle. lidar will give gps message. i need to plot this message in map and also track the vehicle movement in map. then i want to give direction for vehicle movement with augmented reality.
