Rosmake PCL17: cannot find -lsensor_msgs

I try to compile pcl17 with rosmake and get the following error.

[ 0%] Built target pclpcdconvertNaNnan /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lsensor_msgs

All solutions found here did't work so far. Any idea?
