180 degree turn in a hallway.

Hello

I wont to do some test with my platform using IMU, laser and the Hector Mapping for lokalizastion. I wont to check the ability to perform a 180 degree turn in a 2m wide hallway. So I would like to measure some parameters of that test, like the time needed to make the turn. So basicly need to set a flag when the platform start turning and start ROS time till the platform faced in opposite direction (180 degree turn) and Stop ROS time. Is it correct or?
