If there are interface modules of encoder,camera,top and motor in ROS?
You need a something to do I/O like an arduino and a signal amplifier which amplifies this signal to a voltage and current usable for the motor.
For example ,I have a motor ,I want to let it run with ROS.what I need to do? Just the software package?Do I need the hareware except for the motor?
