I am using ROS Fuerte (Ubuntu 12.04) and I can't find the file pcl/io/opennigrabber.h in the ros-fuerte-pcl or ros-fuerte-perception-pcl I have installed. Any idea where it is or why it isn't installed? I have an `#include <pcl/io/opennigrabber.h>` which cannot be resolved. I don't think that is related, but I also have installed ros-fuerte-openni-kinect.

Also, in the manifest, I should <depend package="pcl"/>, right?
