Question about pr2_controller_manager list [closed]

Hey all,

I am running a non-pr2 robot and trying the tutorials on the controller manager. I have my hardware up, running and visualized in rviz but nothing happens when I use the command:

rosrun pr2_controller_manager pr2_controller_manager list

Does a controller have to be running for it to list any?
