Replay gripper action

Is there a topic I can rosbag so that I can easily replay the positions of the gripper? I'm already doing this with the arm joint states, but it seems that the pr2grippercommandaction only uses position and effort, but the /jointstates records things like lgripperlfinger_joint. I cannot easily wrap this into the existing action.
