rosdep2 has some rosdep rules for released stacks, e.g. actionlib -> ros-fuerte-actionlib allowing to use this as a rosdep in manifest.xml. I'd like to get such a rule for my released stacks if possible.

How is this done? I've seen that there are gpbdistro entries for rosdep linking to the rosdistro repository. Are the rules added automatically or is there a manual procedure described somewhere?
