I am having trouble getting the turtlebot arm interactive markers demo to work. Here are the errors I am receiving:

1. When starting the simplearmserver I receive "Link 'armbaselink' not found
2. In rviz I get complaints about the missing armbaselink and gripperbaselink

If anyone has any idea why this would be happening that would be greatly appreciated.
