I installed ROS for Windows since I am trying to install UWSim (http://www.irs.uji.es/uwsim/wiki/index.php?title=Installing_UWSim). I followed the instructions in the page and I believe ROS made a proper installation. My problem is that now I want to install UWSim package and I am not able to do it. I am using Python, on of the programs that got installed with ROS but I don't understand what I am doing wrong. I am not a computer major so I am not that good with computers. I try doing it how it appears in the page and other options that ROS Answers have but still nothing. Can please somebody help?????

Without further information it is hard to help. What exactly did you do? What exactly is the problem? Any error messages? Make sure you have a look at http://ros.org/wiki/Support

Additionally, UWSim doesn't give any indication of actually being able to work with ROS for Windows. It may be wise to either set up a virtual machine or dual boot into Linux for ROS-related work, as ROS support on Windows is still fairly experimental.

You should be more specific, If it was anything like my problem, you don't have any rule for libopenscenegraph for windows, or you could possibly have a wrong $ROS_PACKAGE_PATH address,...
