I'm trying to use the Laserheigtestimation, however, I couldn't find the demo.launch mentioned in the wiki. So is it possible to have all the publishers/subscribers and the parameters?

Moreover, I was wondering if this algorithm is using the IMU data, in order to avoid the error due to a brutal change of distance with the floor (when the MAV fly above a table for example)
