Progress of the robot by making sudden stops in the TEB local planner package

Hello. I am trying to use TEB local planner on my robot. When I move my robot with the parameters in the training, my robot constantly tries to go forward by making sudden stops. I couldn't find out exactly which parameters it was caused by. Can you help me?
