ROS 2 installation on Mac

Hello Everyone I want to install ROS 2 Humble on a MacBook running macOS Monterey. Under the macOs installation instructions for Humble Hawksbill it says;

We currently support macOS Mojave (10.14)

Please I need some clarification on what that means, does it mean that ROS 2 Humble also supports macOS Mojave even though Apple no longer does, or does it mean ROS 2 can only be installed on macOS Mojave. Thank you
