why the teb local planner planning path on the dynamic obstacles?
Currently, my robot unable to avoid the dynamic obstacles. The local planner planning a path which is on the dynamic obstacles.

Answers
Increase the min obstacle distance, enable teb_autoresize and keep via point separation high. That's all I can suggest from the minimal information provided.
