I created this python script, Which will read scan data and whenever there is a obstacle within a range of 1 meter the script should able to pause the DWA planner from giving values to the cmd_vel.

I am trying various resources online, But couldnot find how to pause the DWA_planner from giving cmd values.

can someone help into this
