[ROS2][rclpy] subscribe to topic message only once

I want to subscribe to a topic message only once in rclpy.

In rclcpp, there is wait_for_message function. Is there an equivalent function in rclpy?

There is no ROS2 equivalent function for wait_for_message. Please read more #q378693
