Turtlebot3 simulation with foxy on ubuntu 20.04.4

I was following the tutorial given here but as you can see in this video when the Gazebo (version 11.9.0) is launched the robot disappears and I don't know why because I have the models and everything seems good.

this seems to be something with collision property of your bot, is there a ground_plane in the gazebo world ?

I found my error it was simply some environment setting for Gazebo, so I sourced the suitable file as follows:

source /usr/share/gazebo-11/setup.bash After that everything was working correctly. It might have been a Gazebo question rather than a ROS one but anyway I am keeping it here in case any one needs in the future.
