How to fix launch file in package nor a launch file name the traceback for the exception was written to the log file?

I tried to run roslaunch turtlebot3_gazebo turtlebot3_empty_world.launch

However it comes out with [turtlebot3_empty_world_launch] is neither a launch file name the traceback for the exception was written to the log file

Please someone help me
