error with osm_cartography

Hi all, I am trying to use the osm_cartography package. So, I followed the example in this link: http://wiki.ros.org/osm_cartography

But when I launch:

roslaunch osm_cartography viz_osm.launch url:=package://osm_cartography/tests/prc.osm

I got the following error:

Any help to how I can fix this please? Thank you
