Is it possible to fix the map tf in rviz

Hello ROS developers,

I would like to fix the map transformation in rviz to be independent if the mobile robot is spawned in different places. Finally I could navigate to certain destination without considering the spawned position of my mobile robot. If I am spawning the robot in different places the map tf is also changing.
