Hello ROS developers,

After installing cartographer I got a folder named "installisolated", in which you can find my packages from the src folder in the catkinws.

For running cartographer I used the following link https://google-cartographer-ros.readthedocs.io/en/latest/your_bag.html#validate-your-bag

So under this link they are describing evertyhing in the installisolated folder. Now I would like to use the cartographer over the src folder in the catkinws. Is that possible?
