how to use costmap_converter with teb_local_planner
I have been trying to use the teblocalplanner for path planning with a turtlebot3(with costmap), In trying to do so, it seems the teblocalplanner only works with the costmapconverter plugin. I already have the package installed but I have no idea how to use it and require help.What I have already tried to do with the teblocalplanner can be seen in another question I asked here. I know I have to some how incorporate the converter into the `movebase.launch` file or something like that,right?
