how to calculate bias and drift of an IMU sensor?

HI,

I have an IMU sensor(Microstrain GX5-25).it provides me with orientation, angular velocity, and linear acceleration. I want to calculate its bias/offset and its drift. Does anybody know how to calculate it? what is the formula?
