Getting Started with TB3 Burger RPI4 4GB ROS1

Hi There,

If I have TB3 Burger RPI4 4 GB. Kindly, Would someone recommends which is the best version of:

ROS1 Version
Ubuntu Version (for the PC)
Ubuntu Version / other Best OS (for the RPI4 4 GB)

Turtlebot3 has great support and documentation.

I'd recommend Ubuntu 20.04 for PC, ROS Noetic as it will make it easier to transition to ROS 2. ROS 2 is also supported so you may want to consider it as well. For RPi 4, there is also ROS Noetic image
