can i use Dynamixel-workbench(which used in openmanipulator) package for my RMD X8 motor?

i am building ur5 and i want to connect with the real robot. Their is a package dynanimel-workbench which used for openmanipulator to connect with the real robot with the motor dynamixel series. i used RMD X8 motor type which is different from dynamixel X series and i got confused wheather i use dynamixel-workbench package for my robot?
